Job Title: Client Service Coordinator
Location: Penticton, BC

We are looking for a temporary (one-year term) part time, Customer Service Coordinator to work out of our Penticton location. As a key member of the IRS team you will provide exceptional service to our clients and highly efficient administrative support. The successful candidate will work with Respiratory Therapists and other support personnel to provide excellent care to Penticton and surrounding communities.

Working hours are 22.5 hours/week. On occasion you may be required to travel between the branches in the region.

If you possess

A certificate or diploma in office or business administration, and/or work experience in an administrative, clerical or office role.
A valid B.C. Class 5 driver’s license and the ability to travel.
Ability to provide an elevated level of professional customer service to our clients, in person, by phone and online.
Ability to balance and organize several responsibilities in a fast-paced team environment, while ensuring attention to both detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
